Text messaging
Each outbound SMS costs at least 1 text credit, including failed attempts. Twilio texts cost twice the carrier charge at $0.01 per credit, rounded up. Other calls use TingTing Broadcast’s standard text credits.
Connect a TingTing SMS API token to send texts.
TingTing Broadcast supports Nepal mobile numbers. Twilio uses its supported destinations. Add “Send text message” above and attach it to an agent. Test conversations can send real texts and consume credits.
